Delivery estimates
Every live product will show its own processing and estimated delivery window before purchase. Oversized products and freight deliveries will be labeled clearly.
Split shipments
Items may ship from different U.S. warehouses and arrive separately. Tracking will be provided for each shipment as soon as it is available.
Damage and missing parts
Photograph the packaging and item when it arrives, keep the packing material, and contact us promptly. Item-specific reporting deadlines will appear on the product and order pages.
Returns
Return eligibility, time limits, and any return-freight responsibility can differ by item. Those exact terms will be shown before checkout—never hidden after purchase.
